Our client based in Maldon are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their Technical department. This role is working for a fantastic, well established Food Manufacturing Business that is hiring due to business growth.
The Role
- Maintaining a log of suppliers certificates, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date as they expire
- Being the first point of contact for the customer portal, maintaining and updating customer details
- Dealing with food related queries in relation to product shelf life
- Generate industry specific certificates for food product
- Assisting with customer complaints and queries
- Being a point of contact for suppliers where required
- Supporting with audits
- Any other administrative duties as required
