The Role
- Maintaining a log of suppliers certificates, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date as they expire.
- Being the first point of contact for the customer portal, maintaining and updating customer details.
- Dealing with food related queries in relation to product shelf life.
- Generate industry specific certificates for food products.
- Assisting with customer complaints and queries.
- Being a point of contact for suppliers where required.
- Supporting with audits.
- Any other administrative duties as required.
