Our client based in Maldon are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their Technical department. This role is working for a fantastic, well established Food Manufacturing Business that is hiring due to business growth.

The Role

  • Maintaining a log of suppliers certificates, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date as they expire.
  • Being the first point of contact for the customer portal, maintaining and updating customer details.
  • Dealing with food related queries in relation to product shelf life.
  • Generate industry specific certificates for food products.
  • Assisting with customer complaints and queries.
  • Being a point of contact for suppliers where required.
  • Supporting with audits.
  • Any other administrative duties as required.
