Are you a people-focused leader who enjoys helping teams deliver brilliant customer experiences? We’re looking for a Team Manager to lead one of our Automotive Contact Centre teams in Mitcheldean. You’ll help your team deliver service that makes a real difference for our customers, while supporting operational goals and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Quality, Training, Resource Planning and support teams to improve the customer journey, solve problems and share ideas that help us work better together.

What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach and support a customer-facing team to deliver high-quality service.
- Create a positive and inclusive team culture where colleagues feel valued, respected and able to contribute.

- Monitor team performance, customer outcomes and quality measures, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
