Location: London office | Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home with regular travel across our UK retail and franchise locations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Europe, this role acts as the marketing heartbeat of the UK business and a visible ambassador for the iSmash brand, supporting both the company-owned iSmash estate and the Pocket Geek franchise network while helping to deliver strategic migration to a single iSmash brand. The role partners closely with retail leadership and franchise stakeholders to drive footfall, customer acquisition, conversion, repeat visitation and consistent brand execution across 30+ corporate stores and c.18 franchise locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted marketing partner for the UK Retail business, using data, insight and creativity to support store performance and commercial goals.
  • Plan and deliver local store marketing activity, campaigns and promotions that help attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.
  • Work with retail leaders to understand opportunities and challenges across stores and regions, turning insight into clear marketing actions.
  • Support customer engagement across digital, social, promotional and in-store channels, ensuring activity feels relevant, accessible and easy to understand.
  • Support 30+ company-owned iSmash stores and around 18 Pocket Geek franchise locations with practical, consistent and commercially focused marketing plans.
  • Build positive working relationships with franchise partners, supporting clear communication, shared learning and consistent brand execution across the network.
  • Help support the transition to a single iSmash brand, ensuring marketing activity brings the brand journey to life for customers, colleagues and partners.
  • Visit stores regularly to listen, learn and gather insight so marketing plans reflect customer needs and day-to-day operational realities.
  • Measure and share the impact of marketing activity against agreed retail KPIs, including footfall, revenue contribution, customer engagement and brand execution.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in retail, franchise, multi-site, omnichannel or local marketing.
  • A good understanding of how online and offline marketing channels can work together, including local campaigns, digital activity, social media, promotions and in-store execution.
  • Ability to use customer, campaign or commercial insight to shape practical marketing recommendations.
  • Confidence building collaborative relationships with colleagues, retail leaders, franchise partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities, work independently and stay connected with teams across different locations.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to getting things done.
  • A degree or formal marketing qualification can be helpful, but it is not essential. Equivalent experience, learning or professional development will be valued.
  • You will need to have the ability to travel regularly visiting our retail and franchise stores and partners.
