This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving problems and making legal advice clear and actionable.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll provide clear legal advice that enables growth and supports informed decision-making across the business.
  • This includes identifying legal risks, recommending practical options and helping stakeholders navigate local regulatory requirements.
  • You’ll draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on contract interpretation and support strategic projects across multiple European markets.
  • Partner with colleagues across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Sales, Product, Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Support the design, review and implementation of new products, services and distribution models.
  • Advise on warranty, insurance, service contract and intermediary arrangements.
  • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and explain their potential business impact.
  • Work with external counsel where specialist or local advice is needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified solicitor, lawyer or equivalent legal professional with permission to practise in England and Wales, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience advising on commercial contracts and business-facing legal matters in a law firm, in‑house environment or both.
  • Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and provide pragmatic, risk‑aware recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a fast‑evolving, regulated business environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive, warranty, insurance or service contract products would be helpful, but is not essential.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid/flexible work arrangements
  • Performance Bonus Scheme £9,000
  • Flexible benefits package
  • A range of financial, wellbeing and social benefits
  • Internal Wellbeing Programme
  • Learning and Development opportunities
