About the Role: You will lead the strategy and delivery of Market Intelligence (MI) within the Experience function, with a focus on driving business growth through applicable insights. You will identify opportunities and threats, developing intelligence-led strategies in consideration of propositions and programmes, and maximising internal data to enhance marketing, web, and sales performance. We ask that you understand business operations, analytics, and data visualisation to produce insights that influence important strategies, improve outcomes, and ensure collaboration. You will report to the Vice President - Marketing Operations and use a hybrid work schedule. You will work with us for 16-18 months, depending on date of start.

You Will:

  • Lead a team in a manner consistent with our Association Behaviours and Management Charter.
  • Develop market (including competitive) intelligence solutions to help a diverse set of team members to explore data, uncover and apply new insights.
  • Partner with our teams to offer strategic insights, review and translate findings, make applicable recommendations, measure success of programmes and provide insight into how to improve personalisation use cases.
  • Manage multiple audience, marketing, product-based, operational and executive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Summarise data and provide analysis.
  • Stay up to date with the latest BI and data analytics tools, and industry trends.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics.
