About the Role: You will design and improve email marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. These campaigns will use features like Journey Builder, audience segmentation, and automation to deliver personalised customer experiences. Additionally, you will analyse campaign performance and help meet our goals through targeted email communications. You will report to the Manager - Email Marketing Operations, or the Senior Manager - Marketing Operations as an individual contributor. You will use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across different segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including creating email templates, designing content, and setting up automated workflows.
  • Manage Quality Assurance to ensure all links work, campaign landing pages are correct, and correct rendering on main browsers and mobile devices.
  • Use customer data to segment audiences and tailor email content for maximum relevance and engagement.
  • Design complex customer journeys within Journey Builder to deliver personalised email sequences based on customer interactions and behaviour.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and design elements to identify the most effective variations and improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor important email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability to produce insights and inform future campaign strategies.
  • Manage subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with Experience Delivery, sales, and other company teams to align email marketing campaigns with our goals.

You Have:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Email Specialist, Salesforce Admin.
  • 2+ years experience in email marketing operations.
