The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
These roles will be based centrally, working across Faculties. One post supporting Medicine, Health and Life Sciences (Panel A) and one post supporting Social Sciences (Panel C).
This role will involve:
- Providing hands-on support to academics developing ICT (particularly around evidencing and evaluation)
- Supporting review exercises and REF processes
- Helping ensure a coordinated and consistent institutional approach to impact development
You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team at a really important time as we prepare for the next REF. It’s a great fit for someone who:
- Enjoys working collaboratively with researchers and professional services teams
- Has experience of impact, REF, evaluation, or research strategy (although commitment and capability are more important than prior REF experience)
- Can balance big-picture thinking with practical delivery
- Likes bringing clarity to complex information and telling compelling stories.
