Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and report on manufacturing costs, margins, and KPIs
- Partner with operations and production teams to provide financial insight
- Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
