About the Role
You will conduct research, perform data analysis, support project management and help implement departmental projects. You will assist leaders with preparation of reports, presentations, or business cases to support departmental plans. You will report to the Director - Experience Business Management and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will
- Work across your direct and broader team to reach our goals.
- Engage with company partners to ensure all work is completed within timescales.
- Track performance of launched programmes, products and services, and measure against plans.
- Conduct research and produce market analysis to identify new trends or opportunities.
- Assist leaders with analysing our performance and benchmarks.
- Help with providing analysis and measurement of team performance against revenue, or other indicators.
- Analyse work undertaken and iteratively improve.
- Help with preparation of analysis, reports, presentations, and business for our executive leadership team.
- Work with suppliers or vendors to gather data, follow-up/ensure closure on deliverables, or other actions.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project management and data analysis.
