Interim Head of Financial Operations

Your new company
Our client is seeking interim support to lead the overhaul of Financial Operations within their PE-backed Media business, including establishing an SSC in Europe to oversee all transactional finance operations.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be:

• Experienced with SAP S/4HANA (cloud), especially AR and AP processing
• Proven track record of leading a Finance Operations team of 10-20 people, preferably managing overseas teams, with demonstrated experience in developing personnel
• Experienced in Finance Operations, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth environment
• Exposure to implementing new teams and processes globally
• A strong manager with attention to detail and a focus on best practices

What you\’ll need to succeed

You must be immediately available to start, and the listed responsibilities are essential for success. Willingness to travel to the European SSC to assist in setup is also required.
