A fast-growing consultancy group, backed by private equity and pursuing a buy-and-build strategy, is hiring a Head of Reporting supporting its finance transformation and exit readiness. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, delivery-focused finance professional who thrives in high-growth, transaction-driven environments.

Your new role

  • Lead monthly group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities
  • Standardise data and charts of accounts to improve reporting consistency
  • Produce board and management packs with insightful analysis
  • Support vendor due diligence and transaction preparation
  • Partner with external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
  • Mentor subsidiary finance teams and raise reporting standards
  • Enhance reporting systems (e.g. Power BI) and controls

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Strong experience in group reporting, consolidations, and financial controls
  • Exposure to buy-side/sell-side transactions or exit readiness
  • Background in professional services or PE-backed businesses desirable
  • Hands-on, detail-focused, and pragmatic
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
