Your new company: This company is the top in its field, bringing together and involving several avenues of business in the wholesale and luxury retail space. This role is newly created and is influential and highly valued as part of a complex business model. It is a truly global business, with good growth and opportunities ahead. You will report into an impressive FP&A Manager, in collaboration with the wider finance team of 10 in the UK and over 100 globally across 4 key centres of excellence.

Your new role: The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Department to optimise profitability and market competitiveness. You will be involved with exciting global projects, sitting in between the sales, marketing and finance teams.

  • Help support the FP&A team around the month-end schedule and budgeting.
  • Provide support for the commercial team with reporting requirements including business plans and wholesale reports.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting, reviewing variances and providing comprehensive variance analysis.
  • Update and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Support FP&A team with ad-hoc commercial requests.
  • Providing accurate explanations and suggesting improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed: Strong candidates will ideally come from an FP&A background with an impressive understanding of complex multi-territory finance functions. A strong understanding of multi-currency and international business would also be advantageous and, further still, experience of the beauty or luxury retail space. They have an inquisitive and proactive culture, where relationships across the team are highly valued, so good communication and business partnering experience is also advantageous.
