Your new company
You will be working for a high-growth asset and wealth management business based in London. They are an award-winning business and have a client base of private individuals, corporates and charities. They are looking at recruiting an interim Finance Director for a 12-month contract.
Your new role
You will join an established but growing finance function. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will have accountability to the Board. This role will be to oversee all financial operations, including financial reporting, budget, forecasting and cash flow management. You will work closely with the CEOs to develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company\’s goals. You will also present financial performance and strategic insights to the Board and support M&A analysis and investment decisions.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Finance Director with experience in wealth or asset management. You will have experience managing a small finance function and feel comfortable partnering at Board level. You will have worked in a high-growth environment previously and have experience with M&A.
