Your new company: Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading organisation based in North Lincolnshire currently undergoing a large-scale change programme.
Your new role: This newly created role will see you working in a team of experienced Finance Business Partners to help support key stakeholders in the organisation. You will be responsible for assisting with customer tenders, scenario modelling, building business cases, supporting new initiatives and measuring their outcome, working with stakeholders in sales and commercial teams to build long term strategic plans, annual budgets/forecasts, help to review and challenge to drive target delivery and provide financial insights to support the business in making profit-maximising decisions/help provide tools to understand profit drivers and identify opportunities/commercial risks.
What you’ll need to succeed: You will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA/CGMA, ACA, ACCA) with extensive finance business partnering experience gained in complex, large-scale commercial environments. You will be used to partnering with senior leaders and influencing key decisions and driving business performance. You will have strong analytical, financial modelling and data manipulation skills coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and commercial acumen. You will have excellent IT skills including Excel. The role is very hybrid, only requiring office attendance one day a week in North Lincolnshire and/or the North West. Fully remote working, however, is not available.
