Job Title:Â Marketing Admin Assistant

Job Type:Â 6-Months Contract

Location: ÂLondon (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Requirements:

  • Digital Experience:ÂPriority on digital marketing proficiency with a quick learning curve.
  • Language Skills:ÂEnglish required. French, German, or Italian is a plus.
  • Education:ÂBachelor\’??s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Communication.
  • Experience:Â3-4 years, preferably in marketing.
  • Technical Skills:ÂProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, web analytics.
  • Soft Skills:ÂExcellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Goal-oriented.
  • Preferred:ÂExperience with Marketing Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce.

Duties:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and support promotional events.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Design and Content teams for advertising materials.
  • Maintain marketing metrics and campaign results.

Note:ÂThis role is administrative-focused, not strategic.
