Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Credit Controller to join our Manchester team. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment, with the flexibility of hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home) and clear opportunities to progress your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own ledger across a portfolio of UK and Dutch clients
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Having telephone-based credit control and risk assessment conversations
- Reviewing documentation and analysing risk
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality, joined-up service
You’ll be part of a wider community of 55 Credit Controllers, working alongside more than 150 colleagues across our Leicester and Manchester offices, so support is never far away.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support, credit control, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong telephone communication and administrative skills
- Confidence handling conversations around payment and risk
- A positive, professional approach and a willingness to learn
