About the role
The role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Partnerships Manager to play a critical role in the next growth phase of the ABM. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to build and manage national and regional partnerships with organisations that support local businesses, including: Growth Hubs, Chambers of Commerce, Universities, regional arms of national business support bodies, local authorities, coaching bodies and other mission led business support organisations. The role will also support the ABM’s vision for mentoring within the workplace, building relationships with SMEs and large firms to deliver high quality mentoring and coaching programmes. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Strategy, this role will be responsible for developing partnerships that drive membership growth, mentoring and coaching adoption including through training, programme delivery and long-term collaboration. This will be the ABM’s first full time Senior Partnerships Manager.

- Represent ABM at regional and national events
