Operations Manager - Junior Trinity

Trinity Laban is a forward‑thinking, contemporary and world‑class Higher Education Institution with a vision to redefine the conservatoire for the 21st century. It sits in the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich and provides specialist music and dance education from 3‑year‑olds to university entrance, including GCSE and A Level courses, distance learning and high‑profile performance programmes.

Job Title

Junior Trinity Operations Manager (part of the Junior Trinity department)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Junior Trinity programme, supporting the Head of Junior Trinity/Head of Children’s and Young People’s Music Programmes with scheduling, timetabling and event planning.
• Plan concerts and events at venues such as LSO St Luke’s, Blackheath Halls and Cadogan Hall.
• Recruit students and staff, and develop initiatives and partnerships within Trinity Laban and externally.
• Manage budgets, project and team administration, and act as Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree level education.
• Extensive music and/or education administrative experience, including team management, budgeting and project management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and the ability to handle a busy, varied workload.
