The RCM wishes to appoint a Registry Administrator (Postgraduate Taught Programmes) in a hands‑on and varied role covering the administration of the RCM’s Taught Postgraduate Programmes. In this student experience‑focussed role, the postholder will work across the student life cycle, from registration to graduation. Based in the RCM’s friendly Registry, this interesting role provides an opportunity to develop experience across the range of student administration. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inspirational environment, supporting talented young musicians from around the world.

We Are Looking For Candidates With The Following Attributes:

  • Experience of Higher Education administration
  • Experience of working with complex procedures and regulations
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently and deal with operational issues independently
  • Experience with student information systems and VLEs
  • Experience in providing a high standard of service, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of music, preferably of a classical nature
