The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are looking for a Producer with experience of producing medium to large scale artistic projects, to join our team for 12 months. You will be an experienced individual with wide-ranging experience of concept creation, managing R&D processes, managing and liaising across production teams, and working across different performance formats.
Working closely with the Executive Producer, our existing Producer and the wider producing team you will deliver our artistic programme which includes new commissions, touring, remounts and work for broadcast TV and recordings in the UK and internationally. Some projects may involve working closely with the Artistic Director as the projects develop, and some will involve line producing and managing the delivery team.
Paraorchestra has multiple projects, tours and events in concept stage, R&D stage, planning and delivery stage at once, and our ambitious programme is overseen and supported by our Executive Producer. You will thrive on fast-paced working environments, on dealing calmly, flexibly and pro-actively with change and dynamic situations, and be able to create strong relationships with a wide range of colleagues and partners based on trust, respect and high-quality delivery.
