Royal Birmingham Conservatoire at Birmingham City University is seeking a strategic leader to head Young RBC, guiding our Junior Department and Learning & Participation programme. You will shape an inclusive, ambitious youth offer in music and acting, develop new theatre provisions, and work with staff to maximise recruitment and student progression.

You will join a senior leadership team, drive safeguarding, and build partnerships with schools and arts organisations to widen access and advance.
