The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The Engagement Producer will take responsibility for the delivery of the musical opportunities for children and families that are delivered by our Sinfonia players, alumni and visiting artists.

They are the main point of contact for groups we work with in the delivery of our programmes, including schools, family and community centres, Music Hubs and services, and other partners.

Through working with our musicians, they ensure relevant, accessible and impactful opportunities for our local community.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of musical programmes for children and families.
  • Act as the main point of contact for schools, community centres, and partner organisations.
  • Collaborate with Sinfonia players, alumni and visiting artists to design and implement engaging musical opportunities.
  • Ensure accessibility and relevance of programmes for the local community.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, enthusiastic and engaging individual.
  • Experience in delivering community projects and working with musicians or other artistic practitioners.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
