We are seeking an exceptional fundraiser to motivate and lead our Development Department to achieve a fundraising step‑change in support of this conservatoire’s ambitious Strategic Plan. The postholder works under the direction of the Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Development who oversees the strategic planning and professional standards of the Development team.
