Are you a highly organised individual looking to build a career in arts/charity administration? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Data Co‑ordinator to join our team and support the operations of a leading national youth arts organisation.

The National Youth Orchestra is the UK’s leading organisation championing orchestral music as a powerful agent for teenage development. We activate teenagers’ confidence, optimism and skills to play their part in the world today, through performing and sharing extraordinary music.

The Administration & Data Co‑ordinator plays a central role in keeping NYO’s operations running smoothly. This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting:

  • Office management
  • IT and telecoms administration
  • CRM and data processes
  • Finance
  • Human resources administration
  • General organisational administration

Qualifications: Highly organised, accurate and proactive with strong communication skills and confidence working with systems and data. Willing to improve processes, solve practical problems and help colleagues do their best work in a busy, mission‑led organisation.

Working Conditions: The role requires being in the office a minimum of 3-4 days a week. You will also attend and support many of NYO's projects around the UK, most of which take place during school holidays or at weekends, so the role will include some weekend and statutory holiday working, covered by a TOIL policy.

Location and Office: Our offices near Holborn in central London are a lively base for collaboration and creativity.
