We are seeking a dedicated dispensing optician to join our professional optical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear, accurately dispensing spectacles, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Dispense spectacles accurately, ensuring proper fit and comfort for each client.
  • Verify spectacle prescriptions; some lab experience would be useful.
  • Maintain and update patient records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare lenses and assemble spectacles using laboratory equipment, adhering to quality standards.
  • Provide guidance on lens options, coatings, and aftercare to optimise customer satisfaction.
  • Support the optical team with stock management, ordering supplies as needed.
