The Role
We are looking for a qualified dispensing optician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality dispensing. This is not a volume-driven corporate role. Instead, you will have the time, tools, and support to provide truly personalised care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
- Work with advanced lens technologies and premium frame ranges
- Support and deliver specialist services such as Myopia Management and Dry Eye clinics (training provided if required)
- Provide frame styling and lens solutions that enhance both vision and lifestyle
- Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality final fittings
- Maintain detailed, professional patient records
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and reception team
