The Role

We are looking for a qualified dispensing optician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality dispensing. This is not a volume-driven corporate role. Instead, you will have the time, tools, and support to provide truly personalised care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert dispensing advice tailored to individual patient needs
  • Work with advanced lens technologies and premium frame ranges
  • Support and deliver specialist services such as Myopia Management and Dry Eye clinics (training provided if required)
  • Provide frame styling and lens solutions that enhance both vision and lifestyle
  • Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality final fittings
  • Maintain detailed, professional patient records
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical and reception team
