Dispensing Manager, Linlithgow – 25 years of optometric experience now seeking a dedicated DO to step into a boutique eyewear practice focused on premium German and Japanese lenses, 3D digital measurement, and curated independent frame manufacturers. The practice is staffed by three professionals, requiring a shop‑owner mindset. Responsibilities include dispensing custom lenses, managing sales and client service, serving coffee, maintaining floor cleanliness, handling inventory control, and performing general administrative tasks. Routine optometry duties are not part of this role; it is focused on dispensing, customer interaction, and business leadership. Training in professional sales and service is provided, and as experience grows the new manager will take increasing leadership responsibility. Salary Circa £30,000 plus a structured bonus of £18,000. Working Hours Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, 9:00 – 5:30. Location Linlithgow.
