Term: Fixed Term Contract (2 years)

Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, insight‑driven and collaborative Product Manager who thrives on shaping and delivering products that create real value for members and customers.

What exactly will you be doing?

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of products and services within a specialist portfolio, with an initial focus on apprenticeship reforms.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and target audiences to deliver innovative solutions that align with AAT’s vision and strategy.
  • Shape product strategies, develop proposals and ensure market relevance through insights and feedback.
  • Oversee financial performance, support sales and marketing efforts and drive engagement and growth for the portfolio, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Major objectives:

  • Develop and deliver product strategies to maximise value for AAT’s audiences.
  • Manage the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring relevance and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Monitor financial and non‑financial performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Use customer feedback and market insights to drive innovation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams across AAT to deliver high‑quality solutions and services.
  • Ensure all products and services comply with regulatory standards and organisational goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, product development and strategy implementation, ideally with exposure to educational or charitable products or services.
  • Excellent project management skills, including briefing and scheduling.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proven financial and budget management expertise.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
