We're looking for a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Executive who thrives on delivering impactful campaigns and driving engagement. You will be passionate about understanding audiences, confident in managing multi‐channel marketing activities, and motivated by creating strategies that deliver measurable results.
What exactly will you be doing?
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning, developing, and delivering marketing activity aligned to our category strategy. Your work will focus on driving acquisition, retention, and commercial growth for AAT's products and services. You will manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure all activity champions the AAT brand. From briefing agencies to crafting compelling copy, you will help us connect with our audience and maximise impact.
Major objectives
- Plan and deliver multi‐channel marketing campaigns and go‐to‐market activities.
- Manage agencies and suppliers to produce high‐quality content and assets.
- Leverage digital channels including social media, email, and events to drive engagement.
- Write creative, audience‐focused copy for on and offline platforms.
- Monitor performance, analysing data, and providing insights to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing plans and messaging.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
