Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 daysper week, in our office in Canary Wharf

What exactly will you be doing?

You’ll be supporting AAT by developing and implementing successful attraction and selection plans for vacancies: filling vacancies with diverse, high calibre, motivated people in a timely fashion.

Major objectives

  • Work closely with managers to develop effective recruitment campaigns and manage these
  • Research avenues to source applicants for hard to fill roles, using data analysis where available
  • Identify and utilise opportunities to increase diversity
  • Promote opportunities to support internal promotions
  • Work in collaboration with the People Analytics, Payroll and Systems Lead to manage the Applicant Tracking System and ensure it is utilised to its full capacity
  • Manage relationships with agencies and negotiate cost effective rates and terms
  • Work with managers to design best practice and effective selection processes
  • Support managers with selection process, reviewing interview questions and developing selection methods as appropriate for the role and in line with AAT behaviours
  • Support managers with application sifting and sit on selection panels as required
  • Ensure AAT's employer brand remains positive and visible
  • Suggest process improvements to ensure these are efficient and effective

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment, who is confident designing appropriate attraction and selection campaigns for roles. You will be passionate about diversity and inclusion and ensuring we fill our vacancies with the best people. Attention to detail and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders are essential skills. Applications from those with wider HR experience as well as in a Recruitment capacity are also welcome.
