Visitor and Sales Explainers are responsible for delivering demonstration‑style activities developed by our Astronomy team. Explainers are expected to lead these interventions and demonstrations with our visitors, always delivering to the highest standard by putting visitors first. They will support Royal Museums Greenwich in the delivery of our commercial objectives by engaging with all visitors, sharing their knowledge and expertise of our sites and programming, and helping us to drive audience outreach to help achieve our social purpose.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering a great visitor experience alongside excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to connect and share knowledge with a range of different audiences.
- Demonstrable knowledge and interest in scientific expertise, historical stories, the collection of the Royal Observatory, or astronomy.
