TristoneNash are supporting one of our housing partners to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to oversee response repairs, planned investment and disrepair contracts. As well as overseeing contractor performance, this role will aid in the creation of a new team of surveyors and damp & mould specialists and set new policies and procedures.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and sustaining long term strategic relationships with key partners in delivering a customer focussed programme of planned investment, major repairs, responsive and void repairs to create a seamless service with shared values.
- Leading on the appointment & management of sustainable partnerships ensuring contractors including specialist areas, are resilient and profitable whilst delivering good quality services.
- Developing and embedding processes & procedures from the evaluation of data around Legal Disrepair and Damp & Mould cases.
- Working closely with other senior members of the department within the organisation on both a Regional and National level.

- Educated to HND level or equivalent, professional qualification in construction, housing, or property.
- Experience of working at a senior level delivering programmes of planned investment, major works and responsive repairs.
- Proven experience of leading multi-disciplined teams across a wide geographical area.
- Experience of managing large service budgets.
- Knowledge of building law, regulation, building contracts, contract law and health and safety legislation and best practice.
