With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to grow their team by adding a skilled Project Manager to oversee key projects in London.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of high-end joinery projects across the London region. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from pre-construction to completion, while maintaining quality, budget, and programme requirements.
Duties:
Oversee the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery packages.
Manage projects ranging from 1m to 6m in value.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and direct labour.
Ensure all health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience within the joinery sector.
Strong background in high-end residential or commercial joinery.
Experience working for a specialist joinery subcontractor.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes and installation.
Salary & Benefits:
65,000 – 75,000 + Package (DOE)
