Customer Service Assistants Salary: £25,000 per annum. Full time - 35 hours per week. Hybrid Working Home Based/Princes Risborough.

Job Role Overview: We are excited to offer a number of opportunities for Customer Service Assistants to join our Service Innovation teams. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. You will do this by using our systems and processes effectively, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also provide essential administrative support to our innovation teams, helping to ensure a smooth flow of information between key stakeholders and contributing to the overall efficiency of the service.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. You will be comfortable following established processes and procedures while also bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to help us improve how we work. Qualifications:- GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Worked within a high-quality customer service environment
- Effective communication skills via e-mail, telephone, and other online communication platforms
- Minimum intermediate level Microsoft Office and database IT skills
- Thorough knowledge of customer services processes, systems, and quality measures
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and in writing - to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Relationship building skills - developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to plan and prioritise to meet customer needs
