This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business and oversee projects within the company from due diligence through to completion and smoothly handing over to a post-completion integration team.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure transparency.
Remote Team Management:
- Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Conduct regular virtual meetings and status updates.
- Provide clear direction and support to team members.
