FM Project Manager – PFI Lifecycle Asset Replacement (NOT I.T.) – NHS – Barnet. c 65k
Working for the Facilities Management provider, you will manage a mixture of lifecycle, variations, and extra works projects at a hospital site in Barnet. You will need to have extensive lifecycle project management experience, preferably within a healthcare environment, with a good awareness of PFI contracts.
A knowledge of HTM’s and HBN’s is also recommended.
Managing multiple projects at once with an annual value between 2.5 – 2.8m. Typical projects will include chiller replacement, LED lighting replacement, plant room upgrades, change of use for rooms, etc.
This is a PFI contract that has 7 years left of a 30-year concession. They enjoy a good working relationship with the trust and the SPV; parking is provided.
