We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our office and support our team in achieving the charity’s mission. This is a part-time role that spans various responsibilities, including administration, financial management, event coordination, and supporter relations.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • A strong interest in Venice and its cultural heritage, with a good understanding of the city’s art and architecture scenes.
  • Proven experience in operations management, office administration, or a similar role (charity or non-profit experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with databases (Beacon experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of charity governance and fundraising practices.
  • An understanding of the heritage and cultural sectors in the UK and Italy.

  • Manage London office operations and technology
