Le poste de sous-chef cuisinier au Camp Tekakwitha implique la planification pré-saison, la préparation, l'exécution et le service des repas répondant aux exigences nutritionnelles. Responsabilités
- Planification pré-saison : Définir des objectifs communs, participer aux formations.
- Préparation, exécution et service des repas répondant aux exigences nutritionnelles.
- Participer aux activités du personnel, assurer une dynamique positive, et être à l'écoute des besoins des employés de la cuisine.
- Superviser et soutenir le personnel, assurer une communication saine, et évaluer les aides cuisiniers tout au long de la saison.
Exigences
- Être âgé d'au moins 18 ans.
- Expérience d'au moins 2 ans en service alimentaire.
- Respect en tout temps des règles de vie et du code d'éthique du Camp.
- Disponibilité : Être présent au camp du 1er juin au 20 août 2025 et à la fin de semaine de formation les 23, 24 et 25 mai à Québec.
- Autonomie, initiative et capacité à travailler en équipe de façon sécuritaire et assidue.
- Ponctualité, entrain et capacité à fournir un effort soutenu.
- Respect des normes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de salubrité.
