We are seeking an experienced Release Train Manager (IT Project Manager) / Delivery Lead to support the digitisation of customer journeys in line with our bank's digitisation strategy. This role will be instrumental in working with business stakeholders to shape requirements, create a delivery roadmap, and collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions across our Financial Health & Support and Account Close Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape requirements and turn them into a delivery roadmap.
- Work closely with technology teams to commence build and implementation of solutions.
- Manage change delivery within platform teams and external areas such as our mobile team.
- Communicate effectively across technology and business functions.
- Ensure strong risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver projects using both Agile and waterfall methodologies, with a focus on digitisation journeys.
- Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver design outcomes.
- Manage planning, risk management, technology governance, and controls.
