Job Description
We are seeking a skilled C#/.Net full stack developer to contribute to the development of modules for a new project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a new product within a very Agile environment, fostering discussions and teamwork. We are looking for someone who not only excels in development but can also undertake Business Analysis, providing valuable suggestions to help shape the product direction. This role includes mentoring responsibilities and requires knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly HTTP. While agnostic on frameworks, we are currently utilising Python.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance modules for the project using C#/.Net technologies.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to foster discussions and teamwork.
- Conduct Business Analysis to provide insights and shape the product direction.
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to the team.
- Utilise front-end technologies, focusing on HTTP, and work within agnostic frameworks.
- Engage in Agile methodologies and contribute to microservices and automation processes.
- Proficiency in .Net and C# development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and automation processes.
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to provide product direction insights.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior talent.
- Familiarity with workforce management processes is advantageous.
