Lossie Seafoods is seeking a Process Development Technologist to join our NPD team in Arbroath. This hands-on role covers concepts through to factory production, working with Commercial, Technical, Operations and Finance to deliver new product development and improvements.
You will have experience in food manufacturing or QA, be highly organised, creative, and a good communicator, comfortable in a practical development environment and with HACCP and food safety.
