What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Port Office Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting port operations through efficient administration and stock control activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver administrative support to port operations and management teams.
- Maintain accurate stock control and business records.
- Support weighbridge, billing and reporting activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and telephone communications.
- Manage employee and payroll-related administration.
- Use SAP and other systems to support day-to-day port operations.
- Assist with general office and business support activities as required.
