Job description: We're looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team at the Port of Southampton, helping to keep vital port infrastructure and operations running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll provide planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of port assets and equipment in a fast-paced, operational environment. From electrical systems to large-scale port infrastructure, your work will be essential to keeping our port moving. The role is based on a 39-hour working week, with standard hours of Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am-3:00pm, alongside participation in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support, where call-outs attract a minimum 4-hour payment, with additional hours paid at overtime rates.
