Prepare to be challenged! You’ll be given real responsibility early on, working closely with Port Managers and other senior leaders on big projects. The scheme is designed to challenge, as well as give you vital experience in Operations, Commercial, Port Management and Health, Safety & Environments. You’ll be based in the Humber region with the opportunity to spend time working in both Hull and Immingham.

Who do we need? We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above, with the potential to become a future leader in Port Management. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you’ll primarily be based in Hull, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations.

After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a video interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
