With a starting salary of £32,455 and a rotational scheme covering several different placements, our two-year Graduate Training Scheme gives you a 360-degree view of our organisation, providing you with the skills and experience you need to launch a successful Port Management career.

Prepare to be challenged! You will be given real responsibility early on, working closely with Port Managers and other senior leaders on big projects. The scheme is designed to challenge, as well as give you vital experience in Operations, Commercial, Port Management and Health, Safety & Environments. You will be based in the Humber region with the opportunity to spend time working in both Hull and Immingham.
Who do we need? We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above, with the potential to become a future leader in Port Management. You will also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference. Although you will primarily be based in Hull, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations.
After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a video interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
