  • Demonstrate a flexible approach when moving between the various tasks within the VMU operation.
  • Actively contribute to site standards and respective internal and external audits.
  • Ensure repairs are carried out to meet or exceed the minimum standards as laid down by VOSA.
  • Work with VMU shift Co-ordinator / FLM and Logistics team to ensure vehicle availability in accordance with delivery schedules.
  • Achieve shift KPI’s by working in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Comply with laid down safety procedures, highlighting any non-compliance issues to the VMU Co-ordinator / FLM.
  • Ensure the effective use of resources available to carry out specific tasks or duties.
  • Maintain vehicles and other fleet assets in accordance with Company and VOSA standards.
  • Work flexibly in carrying out any other VMU duties, as required.

  • Set hours to keep your work-life balance intact.
  • Free Onsite Parking.
  • Extra Slice (Company discount scheme which provides great savings at more than 500 businesses).
