From the first spark of an idea right through to full delivery, you’ll shape solutions that make our operations safer, smarter and more efficient. You’ll partner with teams across Ryvita, working together to turn challenges into practical engineering outcomes that have a real impact on how we make our much‑loved products. This is a role for someone who loves bringing simplicity to complexity, thrives on making things happen, and enjoys seeing tangible results on site.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading capital projects end‑to‑end: You’ll scope, plan and deliver complex engineering and facility projects — ensuring they land on time, within budget and to the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Driving great project controls: You’ll own cost estimation, planning, scheduling, procurement, risk and contractor management, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Turning ideas into engineering solutions: You’ll take operational challenges and translate them into robust, fit‑for‑purpose engineering designs and proposals.
  • Embedding safety and compliance: Champion safe working, CDM compliance and food safety (including HACCP and BRC requirements) across every project.

  • Proven project delivery experience: You’ve led complex projects before and know what it takes to navigate timelines, budgets, stakeholders and real‑world challenges.
  • A strong communicator and influencer: You’re confident working with people at all levels and can bring clarity, simplicity and confidence to technical conversations.
  • A natural problem‑solver: You stay curious, ask great questions and enjoy finding thoughtful, practical, workable solutions.

  • Work together: You’re a positive, collaborative partner — supportive, adaptable, and able to influence effectively across teams.
  • Make it happen: You take ownership, deliver on commitments and stay resilient when things get tough.
  • Be the best we can be: You’re curious, hungry to learn and driven to keep improving yourself, your projects and the business around you.
