We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day running of the Intake Yard. The role includes maintaining high hygiene standards across site areas, completing all required schedules and paperwork, and providing holiday cover for intake personnel. You will act as a champion for Health & Safety and Food Safety, manage deliveries against the Intake plan, complete intake records and sampling, and ensure accurate allocation of rice lot numbers to silos to support Mass Balance.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all deliveries against the Intake plan.
- Intake record completions and sampling.
- Manage Rice Lot number to allocated Silos, supporting the Mass Balance process.
- Maintain Intake cleaning plan.
- Managing Feed collections & processing aids.
- Completing various hygiene roles and paperwork.
- Facilitate a culture of team working across the site.
- Good Manufacturing practices are embedded and a daily routine, with a focus on root cause analysis and actions.
- Escalation of any pest control and foreign body detection.

The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of Health & Safety, Quality and Food Safety. Strong customer focus, effective relationship-building skills, and the ability to solve problems confidently and efficiently are key competencies for this role.
