Key AccountabilitiesAs a Despatch Team Member, youβll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Picking & Loading: Accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles.
- Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.
- Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.
- Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely.
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
- A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
